Take a look at what Vaal can do!
He just need a few more animations and he'll be done.
A few of his skills can be considered as a preview of the Chaosweaver class, that will be coming out... in the future!

At first, I just wanted to make a cutscene-only quest, just like the Soulless quest, but featuring Vaal.
I think I'll make you play as Vaal!
How about that?
Oh, and yes, I am watching you Tumblrfable! :>

I just wanted to let you know that I'm working hard on the TS finale. I'm aiming to release it next week... or the week after.
This week however, you will be able to see what happened to your beloved Vaal, after he ran away from the battlefield!
Also, here is some information from Niki:
A message from the DF Bug Tracker team:
When reporting a bug it is important to supply all the details that can help us duplicate the problem, as duplicating an issue is the first step before it can be fixed. Some of the reports we get lacks vital information that make it hard to understand the problem or its location. You can greatly help us by always including these in your bug reports:
- Your character ID number.
- The armor you used.
- The exact quest or location name.
- Whether or not you have guests with you.It would help if you can link a screenshot of the issue (make sure the image is uploaded to a public image hosting service and not located in your local computer which we don't have access to). Make sure to include a valid email address in case we need to ask you for more details (or give you a workaround). Keep on reporting: Help us smash those bugs!

This week we have an update to Book 1 Shadow of the Wind Village! Thyton needs your help to stop the rogue Stone Ninjas and their summoning of the evil Tomamo! The woods outside the village are vst and dangerous but, if you can stop the Tomamo before he's fully charged, the Mirror's Eye trinket could be yours!
The finale of the Book 3 Ravenloss arc will continue next week!

First, a word from Ash:
Greetings! I've got a few things to talk about today so I'll go quick.
First off we have a DC class for tonight. Many of you saw Chronix's "Froze Deathknight" artwork and wanted to see it in game so I did some skills for it. It's now called the Icebound Revenant. You'll be able to find it in Cysero's Superstore later tonight. You'll also be able to buy two weapons, two helms, and a cape to go along with it. Those will be in the various shops in the Superstore as well.
Next is a revamp update! A lot of you have been asking me questions like, "When is DeathKnight going to be ready?" "Isn't Paladin done yet?" "Y U no release revamps!" Well the coding is done for those! It has been for a bit now but art takes time. When the art for Paladin is ready it will come out for a DA preview, then DeathKnight. I'm also working on an updated set of skills for Master SoulWeaver which will come out around the Book 3 Ravenloss finale. I'm ALSO working on new skill sets for Guardian, Dragonslayer, Pumpkinlord, Evolved Pumpkinlord, and several others. Make sure to check back and see when they'll be ready!
Next I want to give you all a heads up. Verly and I have been searching for the cause of the un-savability that's affecting ShadowHunter, ChronoZ, and any new classes we make that don't replace old ones. (Like how the Necro revamp replaced the old one.) There was an issue a few months ago and now all new classes can't be saved until a DB fix is put into place. Not to worry though, CodeMonkey Rolith is on the case and is working on getting that fixed for us! It should be very soon so until then the new classes can't be saved.
I hope you enjoy the class and are looking forward to the rest that I've got planned!
Second, you guys are doing a marvelous work with the war! Remember, whether you win or lose, the fate of Ravenloss and Falconreach will be revealed during the epilogue of the grand finale. The finale of TomixSaga will happen a few weeks after the war.

Artists must practice if they want to develop their skills and new styles. Dracelix made these two beautiful cards in the style of art nouveau:
And I'm goofing around in Photoshop, trying to make something other than vector art:

This is it. The ship has reached the Ynnungaap Core where Envy is. Void monsters are swarming the corridors of the mysterious fortress built around the core. It seems the only way to reach Envy in time, is to defeat all of them. But it won't be easy.
The grand finale of Tomix's Saga will go live a few weeks after the war, but...
You absolutely must win this war! Envy is trying to throw the core off balance, which means, if he succeeds, the Void will fully bleed through the Equilibrium Gate, swallowing everything in its path.
The fate of Ravenloss and Falconreach depends on whether you win this war or not.
The Void Core will reach critical levels by next Friday!
Tuesday, July 8, 2014
Firstly, Cronix sent me his progress on the Guardian revamp (Yes, it's a guardian, some of you got it right!).
Secondly, Soulweavers everywhere ready your spiritlooms, the war is coming!
The void ship is getting closer to the Ynnungaap Core, and Aspar is desperate. Green, Blue and Red are gathering void creatures from all over the void in order to stop you from reaching their master!
Who knows what kind of tricks Aspar will use in this war. Are you willing to go as far as it takes to reach him?
And soon after the war is over, the grand finale of Tomix's Saga will take place!

Cronix is working on completely remaking another old class! Can you guess which one?
Wednesday, July 2, 2014
I've toned down the gold color, and changed a few things.

Necromancer is finished! I've also remade the class' set items.
It will be available for testing today!
Also, I've got a note from Ash:
Greetings! Yesterday I did a whole bunch of item updates that some of you noticed already.
There's new versions of the DM and DDM items to even out the main damage stats. New levels of items in Cysero's weapon shop and his helm's and cape's shop. There's new level of the Grand Master PvP rewards if you've finished that. There's new levels of the Miasmal set, SpineRipper weapon, Skull Ripper items, "lucky" bones trinkets, and Zardbie Scythe. ALSO if you have any levels of the rare Frozen Claymore weapon you can upgrade it at Roblos in Book 3 Falconreach. (The merge item you need is in San Robin's shop there as well).
I've also taken on the task of revamping some of the older classes in the game. (Verly is taking care of Ranger. He's got some awesome ideas for it so stay tuned for that!) It's a somewhat large task but one I'm going to do my best to do properly for you all. The Tomix, Cronix and Dracelix, are all doing a lot of work to update the armors artwise so it's only fair they get new skills to go along with it.
Today we have a DA preview for one of the classes that's being revamped. (This way you can see how I'm re-doing the skills and what you can expect out of the others.) Since Necromancer was completed already you all get to play around with that!
Just a couple notes right off the bat. Make sure you've trained the original Necromancer armor! Secondly, please don't try to save the class. It's only a preview, and like the other DA previews, it'll break your game after the preview is over if you try.
Ok, enough of the warning labels! I went in and buffed and tinkered with all the skills. Some I completly changed and others I just altered a bit. You'll notice that almost all the skills have different names and a few have different icons. This is an almost brand new class skills wise so you'll probably have to relearn it.
One thing you'll notice as you start battle is the new pop-up for the DoT effect "Fear Aura." When I finished the skills I showed it to Verly and he liked it but thought it could use a little something else to really make it unique. He and I talked about it and came up with the passive DoT effect. It starts off small but grows over the course of battle. You won't really notice a huge amount of damage in short battles but in boss battles you'll really see the differnce as time goes on.
You can expect a passive effect on Paladin (which is almost done!) and DeathKnight will get a REALLY cool effect. I don't want to spoil those two so you'll have to wait and find out!
I hope you like what I've done to this class and will look forward to the rest that will be coming out! Some will be relatively soon and others will be over the next few months.
Let me know on the forums what you think! Enjoy!
