Payments

I have a question about a payment. Help!

Our Refund Policy States:
We will refund duplicate purchases that were made by mistake if we are notified within 60 days. However, if the character(s) have been played or Dragon Coins have been spent, we will not issue a refund.

There are no refunds available after 60 days or if the upgrades have been used.

If there are any refunds, disputes or chargebacks made on behalf of a player's account, that account may be permanently disabled. Any refunds made are at the sole discretion of our Customer Service Department.

However, if you feel there has been a charge made in error, please contact us. You will have to provide the information listed below. The numbers from your credit card or bank statement will not allow us to look them up, so you need to provide the information below, in addition to your name.

For us to assist you with a refund, you need to provide us with your PayPal transaction ID number(s).

Our secure credit card system is processed through PayPal. You must contact PayPal and ask them to email you all of the PayPal transaction ids for the transactions. To find out the transaction ids needed to obtain a refund, you must contact PayPal's customer service. Please visit PayPal's Customer Service Page.

Be sure to COPY & PASTE the PayPal transaction id into the email response that you send us. PayPal transaction ids are case sensitive, and they will show up as invalid if you do not copy and paste them exactly as PayPal writes them.

Please be aware that we cannot initiate transactions from our end; we can only receive them. This is because we use secure third party services such as PayPal, PayByCash, etc who receives your payment information, we never receive your payment information. This means that we cannot bill you. We cannot charge you. We can only receive a payment from you. We never get your credit card number.

If you have an issue with a charge and it was made with PayByCash, you will have to contact their customer service at customerservice@paybycash.com.

Note: If you buy Dragon Coins and spend them, you are not eligible for a refund. Our services have been rendered and merchandise cannot be returned.
