DragonFable is a free, online Flash RPG Fantasy Game. We have no cheats in these help pages, but lots of help and advice for how to play the game. You can find walkthroughs on the message boards, as well as other gamefaqs for the game.
We do not have pop-ups on our site. You cannot get viruses from our game. You cannot get spam mail from our game.
Please note, currently we can only offer email support in English.
Our office hours are Noon to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. It can take 3 business days to receive an email response from us because real people read each email. Normally the response time is much faster. We do not have an automated email response system. During the holidays there may be slightly longer delays and due to the number of phone calls we receive emails are returned faster. If you have a question on a payment please include your transaction id in all correspondence.
